[Roku] Home page doesnt work without internet connection (all content is local)

Server Version#: 4.59.2
Player Version#: 6.8.3-7132

My network lost internet connectivity for a few minutes (routine ISP upgrade), and in that time the Home page was not available: there was a lonely spinning wheel.

All content is local, and accessing it thru the “TV show” or “Movies” section on the left they were all there, but Home was not available, which is the place you’d actually want to have since it shows all the series/movies you’re watching.

As soon as internet connectivity resumed, Home was available again.

Please make it so Home is available even if offline/internet connectivity is lost.

Plex depends on the occasional connection to the internet in order to e.g. authenticate your Plex Pass. There’s some things you can take care of to improve your chances of “surviving” an internet dropout.

that would make sense if nothing worked, but accessing the libraries and playing content worked just fine, only accessing the Home section was non-functional
