Same On-Demand Subtitle for multiple users not possible

If I choose to download a subtitle on my premium/admin account it works great, but if I go to another user and want the same subtitle its a check mark to the right of it but its not possible to choose it.

Server version: Version 1.13.9.5456 using docker.io/plexinc/pms-docker:plexpass
