It has now been almost 50 days and I haven’t had a response in almost 2 weeks from anyone. Is this typical of how bad plex support is?
I have this exact same issue, some 4k movies play fine others dont and it just shows buffering forever and then in the plex dashboard there is nothing this is on a 55nu8000 if i play the 4k movies via dlna its fine its only in plex I get an issue.
A new update was just reelased, 4.21.2. Plex for Samsung (2016+ 4K/UHD televisions) - #19 by sLumpy
