Hi I have been using Plex on my Samsung Smart TV for Two years now as of January 2020 it was removed from the Samsung App. Is their anywhere were I can find the app to download for my tV on windows PC. I think my TV is part of those that Plex supports. Please advise.

Thanks However, I believe PLEX Supports The Smart TV UE32ES650 2012 Model? It seems this confirmed by the documentation. In the case that it is no longer supported is there a website where I can download the app for the TV thanks.
Not at all. The documentation I linked above only tells of UHD models. i.e. very recent models.
Those old 2012 models were only supported by a 3rd-party app, made by a user called Orca. These apps fell into disrepair and can only be used now when installing them manually (provided the tv model allows manual installation at all).

You might have to disable user authentication for the IP of the TV in the settings of Plex server as well, in order to use this old app.
