There is this thread where somebody claims that Samsung limits the number of tracks in a stream (video + audio + subtitles) to a total of 30, and stream freezes with more tracks, so the way is to remove unnecessary tracks. Unfortunately, my videos are freezing even with 4 tracks (1 video + 2 audio + 1 subs) 
, so the only working solution is to set Burn subtitles on Always, which will force the Plex server to transcode all video stream
