Scan Library Files Giving Me Error Saying I'm Offline

When I try to update my Music library on my Plex server, it generates the error “An internet connection is needed to scan library files”, I am online though. My movie & tv libraries scan perfectly and the movies, tv & music libararies are all on the same external hard drive.

Would you possibly have any fixes? I’ve restarted my server a few times and restarted my computer and the problem persists.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

lets start with a copy of your server logs.

I am using a VPN, yes. Should I set my Agents differently under Agent (Legacy)?
