There is a change in the latest version of the server which helps to rematch things when file names are changed (to reduce the need for the Plex Dance).
The hints for your files that were stored differ too much from the current filenames so they get processed again. Your filenames are definitely going to cause problems here, I see everything is prefixed with Bluray - which will really throw off the matching. For example instead of us looking for a movie called The Report now we’re looking for something called Bluray The Report.
I would highly recommend you fix your naming first to prevent further issues. If you want to add additional information like “Bluray” then add that to the end of the filename in square brackets. For instance: H:\Movies\The Report (2019)\The Report (2019) [Bluray].mkv.
I’m going to look into your specific issue and see if there is anything actually going wrong there of if it’s just due to the filenames.
