So me and @bwestpha were debugging this weird behavior a bit.
We can confirm that Plex Media Server on Windows (pass version, fresh install) on the same network does not pull any metadata or atleast takes forever…
After enabling the Wireguard VPN for the Windows Machine it pulls every metadata in less than 20 seconds.
We did the same on the former Synology/Xpenology System which is now unraid and it pulls the metadata of 300+ Elements in around about 30 minutes.

How can we escalate this problem at vodafone?
Calling their Hotline is wasted time.
