Going to bet a step of the Plex dance was missed, and it was using the remnants for matching causing the miss-match to persist.
Nope, I followed the guide for the plex dance provided from the staff, and it didnt help. It turns out it was somthing related to hardlinked files from sonarr. Im not that new to this, i know how to do the plex dance.
