I read a fairly old post from early 2018, saying that Plex does not download collection posters or descriptions Reference Thread. Can someone confirm if this is still the case? The expected collection poster art is not downloading but I wanted to make sure it wasn’t a configuration or some other issue on my end first. Thanks.

Plex isn’t downloading collection metadata. Neither descriptions nor posters/backdrops… all you can get is Plex automatically creating a collection entry if your movie is part of a collection in TheMovieDb.org
