As per screenshot, this is a program on an HD channels (CH4HD) but at the bottom of the screen is says SD. This means that if you configure recording to only record HD this airing would not be recorded. Gracenotes mistake or Plex’s mistake?
Gracenote have a lot of Freeview channel descriptions messed up, many are wrongly labelled as SD or HD, I have reported them in the past but they havent been fixed
I only have the SD channels on mine, and i see this (SD on channel 4, with label for HD version)
Do other shows on Channel 4 show as HD?, if so this sounds like EPG error
I think I have come across this issue as well but I use CableCard. What I do is set the recording to specify the channel which is an HD channel. One does not need to Specify HD / SD if one has the correct HD channel.
