Seasons Not Shown / Used

OK, pulling my hair out with this one . I have added a new show, Chicago P.D. - name matches to TheTVDB, and renamed with filebot (yes, the trailing dot is missing in the directory name, this is from filebot). All seems good, directory structure looks right (partial below). The show is there, in TV Shows, and all episodes have the correct name and episode number … but it’s not showing that any seasons exist. But, if I select a file, I can see the season and episode … it’s just ignoring the season.

It all looks right to me.

Are you in episode mode?

Episode mode? I don’t think so .. .LOL. What’s odd - I see above that you have a Season number (pull down). I do for other shows, just not this one. Screenshot,

How is the “Seasons” setting configured for Chicago P.D., at the show level (Edit -> Advanced):

It should be set to “Show.” Or, you can set it to “Library default” if the same setting at the library level is set to “Show.”

That was it - thanks! I didn’t even know that setting existed, have never gone in and looked at it. LOL! But Seasons was set to Hide, vs. Library Default. No idea how that got changed - sure sounds like a bug in the Plex Server to me (as I never set it, had no idea it was there).
