What is it set to? If you “Hide” seasons, then it will show all episodes in one giant list. You see that I set it to Hide in the background of that picture, and my view was set to Detail View, not Grid View, but otherwise it’s the same as what you got. Every show added SHOULD automatically select this Library Default mode, which by default (seen elsewhere) I think is Show.
To see what your library’s default is, click on the triple dot next to your TV Shows library on the left (or up there just above the poster on your screenshot), and click Manage Library > Edit…. Go to the below setting:
I set mine to hide season view if I only have one season of a show. I don’t need to add an additional click to see the episodes if it never gets another season (Hello, Anime)!
