  1. restart the server
  2. wait 2 minutes
  3. download the logs
  4. Attach ZIP here

I was about to download the logs in Plex Web when it just connected with the secured padlock showing now. I have rebooted several times with no luck but this time its now working. Thanks for the prompt offer of help anyway.
