All files stored locally following recommended methods. /Media/Movies/Movie Title/Movie.ext. No duplicates found in folders. Viewing Library, same Movie shown, one is for movie file and the other is for the movie folder. How do I remove the folder tile? Sent attachments.

According to one screenshot you have a movie in F:\Media\Movies\3 DAYS TO KILL (2014).m4v and in F:\Media\Movies\3 DAYS TO KILL\3 DAYS TO KILL (2014).m4v is the file in both locations? If not you probably need to clear your trash.
My mistake. Movie WAS in root and I moved it. How do I clear the trash? Emptied Trash and still there. There are MANY double movies in Library and those have never moved.
see The Plex Dance ™ (good screenshot for where to find the menu items) I would rescan your library before that just to be safe
Plex Documentation

“1 movie” is a collection.
To disable, edit the library, choose Advanced, scroll down, set Collections = Disabled, save changes.

It also looks like you have Plex configured to read embedded metadata. You may want to disable that as well. It will clean up the movie titles - Arrival instead of Arrival.Title1.
To disable, edit the library, choose Advanced, deselect Prefer local metadata, save changes, rescan the library, refresh metadata for the library.
You are d’man… Worked perfectly! Thanks…
