Sorry to hear you’re locked out.
- Quit the PMS program on Windows.
- Follow this article: https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/
At the bottom of that support article, after you’ve deleted the four things it tells you to delete from your registry, you are told to claim the server again. So do these steps…
- Reboot the Windows machine to get it to read the registry correctly.
- Start PMS if it’s not started.
- In your Windows System Tray (bottom right of your desktop) you should see PMS is running because there’s a
>shaped Plex symbol. - Click that Plex symbol and choose Open Plex…
- You should be able to claim it.
