Hello, all!
First time post, so I apologize if this is not in the correct category/group or of an unspecific topic.
To prelude my issue, while this is similar to another user’s recent post (https://forums.plex.tv/t/unable-to-remove-unavailable-servers-from-my-list/786595), there are two key differences:
- The user/server in-question is not linked as a “Friends With Library Access” under the “Manage Library Access” setting that solved Ericthgirw’s issue under Post #8 therein (see 4th screenshot); and,
- The server in-question no longer appears as “currently unavailable” as was the case for Ericthgirw (see 2nd screenshot).
My issue is as follows (it’s worth noting that I have removed my own personal server from this account and no longer have access to content outside of Plex’s free media):
I have been unable to disassociate a previous server that was once linked through my Plex account. The server in-question, WILLISDO (as per the below screenshots), only appears under the “More” section of my Plex Library (see 1st screenshot) and is evident across various clients (Plex Web, Apple TV, Google TV w/ ChromeCast, etc.). Upon selecting WILLISDO under said section, I am notified that " app.plex.tv is unable to connect to ‘Plex’ securely " (see 2nd screenshot). WILLISDO does not appear anywhere else within my Plex Library nor within any setting accessible through the Plex Web platform.
Per comments & suggestions within previous posts that I fail to recall for your reference, I have removed all Authorized Devices on my Plex account except for the browser currently accessing Plex Web (see 3rd screenshot). I have further proceeded to delete all Plex apps and clear all browser history, cookies, and cache on any device that may have been authorized on my Plex account in the past. The user associated with WILLISDO has also done the same to their own account and devices, to no avail.
