Server cannot find Happauge Xbox one tuner

I installed the driver and plugged the tuner into the back of my Windows 10 computer that runs my server but when I hit the SETUP DVR button it Plex cannot find it.

Is there something i’m missing here?

I’m not to good at this stuff.

Hi there. Have you tried restarting your server? Also please try enabling logging and posting some server logs here.

I restarted my computer/server after installing the drivers. I’m wondering if I need to install the WinTV app and activate it? I bought the tuner off of ebay with none of the packaging and it worked fine plugged into my Xbox.
Tried copying/pasting the debug log but every time I highlight it and try to right click it un-highlights itself. Probably doing something wrong.

Thanks. Definitely some things to learn.

I did get it working. I bought the tuner off eBay and it did not come with the CD or activation code. I bought the code off Happauges website and got it all running.
