Server claims to be offline

Hello

I can acces my plex server with different tables like a samsung. When i start plex on my xbox one i see the server but my xbox claims that the sever is offline and i’m not able to connect.

When i look at the plex sever i see that my xbox tried to connect. But in the top right corner in the plex app on the xbox i see that the server is offline.

What can i change to make the server available on the xobx?

In the same top-right corner there might be the option to sign-in…do so.

Same issue. Finally got past the splash logo with spinning circle, only now to have my very definitely online server (can see from laptops and phones) claim to be Offline in the Xbox App only.

Do you have remote access enabled? I believe the XBOX One requires it.
