Mine doing the same thing… Happens every 30 mins now after the recent update.

I have 2 of 4 servers in this condition from over night.!!!

Same issues for me since the latest update, can happening with a few minutes, but certainly within a day. The plex server is up and running, but won’t serve anything until I restart the service. There is nothing I can see in the logs to indicate anything is wrong… I rolled back one release to 1.27.0…
