Looking for help on an issue that started recently. My server has been stable for 6+ months and now all of a sudden it’s crashing multiple times a day. I’ve checked the logs and I don’t see anything that looks unusual so I’m looking for some help to figure this out. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Same problems here, theres another thread I started. No solutions yet.
FYI, I tried to roll back to an older version and it didn’t help. I’m suspecting database corruption, but I’m hoping a Plex employee can pop-in and verify. The crash uploader sent 4 different reports so far.
thanks for the heads up because rolling back was going to be my next move.
I guess a complete reinstall and re-setup of the server may be the last resort then. Hopefully someone sees something in the logs.
I caught one of the errors in the event log:

You aren’t the only one. This has been happening to a lot of people (including myself on all my servers) recently since upgrading to the newest few versions of PMS. Check out this thread as well, I **think ** the devs know there is a problem now and are working a solution.
Interesting, sounds like the same issue. I guess I’ll rollback even further to 1.1.4 and see if that helps. I appreciate the information.
It’s only been about 24 hours but 1.2.7 seems to have fixed it so far.
Still having the same problem with v1.2.7 on CentOS. Sad because previous to the last couple versions Plex has been rock solid for me and running for weeks/months at a time. Now it is constantly crashing every day or more often.
