Server Unavailable Most Accounts

After waking up this morning I discovered that my Plex library is “unavailable”. Despite the fact that PMS is running on the host machine.

The server is also unavailable in settings.

I have 2 Plex accounts available on my HTPC. One is mine and one is for my child. My account says the server is “unavailable” but hers works just fine and will play movies and TV shows.

We have seperate libraries so that I have complete control over what she has access to without relying on things like content ratings.

I also manage my music library with Plex and PlexAmp works just fine.

This is consistent across several devices including: Roku steaming sticks, Desktop/laptop PCs, and a couple Android devices.

I’ve been using Plex for several years now and nothing like this has ever happened before.

So far I have done the following to try and fix it. After each stepped I rebooted the host machine.

  • Upgraded PMS to the newest version

  • Checked my firewall and router to see if anything is blocked. It doesn’t seem so.

  • Following a support article I deleted PlexOnlineHome, PlexOnlineMail, PlexOnlineToken, PlexOnlineUsername from the registry under Plex Media Server.

  • logged out of every device and cleared the browser cache on each device.

  • Visited http://localhost:32400/web

  • Looked at similar topics here of the forums

I anyone can help me out I’d really appreciate it. I’m at a complete loss.
