Server Extra's Cinema Trailers

Hi,

I have recently just updated my server on my NAS from “PlexMediaServer_1.12.3.4973-215c28d86_x86_64” to “PlexMediaServer_1.13.2.5102-4898d7d96_x86_64” and since doing that I can no longer on any player watch cinema trailers before any movie.

When I go on the player via browser IP, I just get a screen saying the trailer name just it never loads.
When I go on Plex Media Player for Windows and load a movie and it attempts to load pre movie trailers, after 1 minute or so I get this message instead;

I can go onto any movie and watch it’s trailer. I just can’t use the feature where it loads 1-5 cinema trailers before it plays the movie.

Really not sure why this is happening now as I never had this issue before updating to a newer patch.

Anyone else getting this issue or any ideas on how to fix?

We think we’ve isolated and fixed that issue. There is a new PlexPass beta version to supersede what’s currently there (which happens with beta sometimes).
I can only recommend you keep a watch on it. If I am correctly understanding, most will see it tomorrow (Wed - Jun 6). Please ping me (@chuckpa) if your issue isn’t resolved.

@ChuckPA I have updated to verison: PlexMediaServer_1.13.2.5154-fd05be322_x86_64, which states the (Transcoder) fixed for some 64bit Linux systems, however it hasn’t fixed the issue as stated in first post.

Recreate the problem so we can capture it while still in the log files buffer and then capture the logs. (DEBUG logging level only, not VERBOSE)
