The server indicates that there is not available access outside my network, but using my phone with the wyfi turned off proved to be false information, as everything is working fine, i tried disabling remote access , and it disabled access to my phone as it should re enabling access restored access to my mobile phone, indicating that only that everything is working correctly only the message is incorrect.
Yet many of us are having issues remote access as well
Some of my devices will connect but not consistently and some not at all
It is to do with security certificates that need to be renewed.
Someone sent me the fix go to server settings untick Enable Relay, Don’t forget to click the save changes button at the bottom of the page, I did this change and everything is now working fine.
Plex staff renewed my certificate and fixed the server side SSL certificate issue.
Enable Relay is something I unticked years ago
