When I access plex web on windows 1, all the attempts to access details results in the message Server settings are unavailable
I have 2 window PCs, only run one at a time. On one Pc I can access server settings, on the other I receive the message Server settings are unavailable
Any assistance would be appreciated, I am not a Plex guru.
No luck using the above.
I noticed that the server has a green check mark next to REMOTE ACCESS
The correct server is selected, next to the server name is a green circle w/something inside
If I click on the server name, both servers names display
One shows ‘unavailable’ with a red triangle
The other is the correct server, a gold check and a the green circle
Underneath is displayed ’ Nearby’
Remote access is a green check mark
Everything under the settings tab displays ‘Server settings are unavailable’

They both access the same video files (over 1,000 files)
