Server Version#:
Hi, when i try to connect to my brother’s server, using plex APP on my LG TV, it says that server is currently unavailable, althought tt works fine with the mobile APP (iphone) and it does too with the app on my MAC.
I took a photo of the message i get on the TV:
When I click on ‘retry connection’, nothing happens.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Firstly try a different DNS in your LG network settings.
1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8
You will have to manually set up network setting rather than auto detect

Actually i tried to switch back to the older version of the app and it works fine again.
