Hello ,
I have an issue with my plex server…
Server Version#: latest (1.14.1.5488-cc260c476)
Player Version#: whatever (windows app, iphone app, latest)
My plex server is hosted on a powerfull windows 10 computer, behind a 100Mbits SYMETRICAL fiber. (100Mbps download and 100Mbps upload)
My bandwith is not used by anything else : only PLEX server.
I can’t configure my REMOTE players (also behind a 100Mbps fiber) to stream at more than 4Mbps : If I do, it lags, cache…
Bandwith tests show that my internet connections are good, both server side and player side.
This issue appeared aproximatively two months ago (It has worked perfectly before for more than one year with anay streams, 20mbps, x264, x265, …)
Thank you very much for your support
feeling lonely…
is there anybody out there?

Hey! I got the very same problem. Internet speed tests shows 150mbit up/down both on server side and on client side… On the server side the upload speed in task manager reads 35mbit and the client side 4k-tv complaints of a slow connection to server and is buffring every 15 sec or so. I dont understand why…
Can you provide me the log from PMS and from a client after recreating this issue?
Please also provide logs as mentioned above.

Hello,
Here are the logs requested
You need to iperf between work and home to ensure network is not being throttled
Done.

Something seems to be anormal here… Iperf should be around 80 mbits/s , not 12 mbits/s …?
Which side of the connection did you run iperf3?
I tried both sides.
The first side shows 5mbps, that matches my upload bandwith at home.
The second side, the one I show to you, should be greater.
