Upgraded to latest greatest…now my server is missing. I can see a friend of mine, but not mine.
I uninstalled, rebooted, re-installed…Nada. It ask me to login, I login with my pin, but only see his media. No where do I see the option to setup a new server, install, configure, reconfigure, etc.
My library of movies, music are all still intact, same locations…its like I am blocked or something…very odd
Can you still see/access your server using its local IP address (or http://127.0.0.1:32400/web if you’re on the same machine)?
Thanks Tom80H…Nope! I see my list of users, (including me…pin is set), I choose mine, login with pin…then bam…none of my libary…just his being shared.

Thanks Tom…that really help a little bit. Now have to claim server…way more progress now than before.
Tried to claim it…then said Sever Denied or something like that…now back to same issue before…trying it again.

WHen I wipe out Reg settings…reboot, then look at settings…I can see my server name listed- I hit the Claim button, then I get SERVER DENIED message…then whole thing goes away. Ughhhhh I am hating PLEX right now. I cant seem to figure this thing out. I cant even create a new server…so dang frustrating. You cant call Plex directly or I cant find a number. HELP!!!
Can anyone assist me directly? I’m leaving for Germany in three days and need to get this fixed.

According to our records, the server named Simm**** was last seen 31 min. ago, but is however not published!
So when browsing to it, on the server it self, and in an incognito browser tab, did you go to: http://127.0.0.1:32400/web ?
Please export this registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Plex, Inc.\Plex Media Server
Then DM me the file
