Lost my server also, did the update then lost sever connection. Had to delete the entire sever and reload an older firmware on my QNAP. Seriously think it was the last firmware update. I will definitely not run anything but 1 version back from now on. This is bad.

That’s a Shield only problem, and not related to the QNAP platform!
