Server not accessable

I have updated my PC to Win 11 and can no longer access my server. I still have access to friends servers but not mine. I could still see it in Authorized Devices until I deleted that as prompted by a tutorial that didn’t help. Is there a way to just rebuild my server? I am doing all of this on my PC where the files and server live…..lived. I can access and play all my videos with VLC so they are definitely fine.

Perform a regular un-installation of Plex server.
Do NOT use any kind of “uninstaller” app for this.
Do NOT use any kind of “registry cleaner” tool afterwards.

Download the current Plex media server release (64bit) and install it.

Start it.
Look for the Plex icon in the Windows task tray area. Is it there?
