Server settings are unavailable. Cannot access General tab

Server Version#: Plex 1.25.3.5385 on Windows 10 Pro 21H2 19044.1415
Player Version#: Local access via Chrome browser to : http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html#!/settings/server/xxx/settings/general

Some time after restarting the Plex server (say 15 mins), I can no longer access the Server Settigs page via the web interface. If I restart Plex, it works ok for a while. What can I look at to resolve this?
