Hi Otto,

I tried your recommendation and it fixed my issues. I can now see my server settings. Thank you very much for your help!

Iā€™m having the exact same issue, the server is online but I canā€™t access any of the Settings or Manage sections on the left.

I tried doing the fix that Otto suggested but couldnā€™t locate the files in the Registryā€¦

Please help!

I tried Ottoā€™s suggestion again and now I canā€™t even claim my server on the host machine!

Make sure to use the local web app to claim your server (http://ip-of-your-server-machine:32400/web )
in an ā€˜incognitoā€™/ā€˜privacyā€™ browser tab

Donā€™t use Plex for Windows or Plex Media Player.
