Server unavailable for TV Shows and Music only on Android and Samsung TV

Out of the blue, I have been unable to see TV Shows or Music in Plex on my Samsung TV or Android app. If I go to either of those categories it says the server is unavailable. Movies, Other Videos, and Photos still work fine.

Using the web app from another computer, everything works fine. TV Shows and Music show up and play.

Directly on the server, everything works fine.

I have finally uninstalled PMS, deleted remaining files, and reinstalled. Created a new server, set everything back up. Same result. Extremely frustrated.
