Are you local (on the same LAN) as the Syno or are you remote to it?
If you’re local:
- Turn off Quick Connect as a test
- Refresh (Control + F5) the page
- Now try to open PMS from package center link (it should be showing the IP)
If you still cannot get to the server then I think the server has somehow become unclaimed.
you can reclaim it pretty easily
Here is how to.
After you do this and have control again in Plex/web, please restart the player apps so they can update to the new credentials from PMS.
