My pixel 3 phone running Android pixel will not show shared libraries. My wife’s iPhone does just fine. Even my account icon always says offline as show in the picture. Is this an android problem?
“Offline” refers to content of your Android phone.
It seems your Plex app is not linked to your Plex Account… does your account show under Settings > Account or are you offered to sign-in?

Yes I’m logged in using my Google account, which I have as a managed user on my server. If I try to log in with my main account credentials it says:

When you talk about a “Managed User” – is that actually a managed user or a separate regular user you added to your Plex Home?
Managed users need to be signed in through their managing main account and don’t have an e-mail address dedicated/linked to them.
Assuming the account you were using in the 1st screenshot is a regular account… did you actually share any of your server libraries with that account?
As for the error message you get when signing in with your main account…
Are you sure that’s the right credentials?
Just to be sure so I just reset my password. It then let me log into the app using my main credentials (my apologies for being so sure of myself in the last post) however, the libraries are still showing offline.
I doubled checked my wife’s iphone and my libraries are showing online on her account. She is not a managed user.
