I share media with my friend. On my end subtitles subtitles work automatically, but if my friends plays the media subs don’t turn on automatically even though the settings(server and account) say it should. The friend does see the subtitles and can activate them manually. I have tried it with new media, where it shouldn’t be remembering me manually selecting subs.
It is a minor annoyance, but I can’t seem to fix it. The problem occurs both on the web player and on the plex app on an ipad while streaming.
