Hi,

I tried to share a video playlist to a friend and when he click on the link he recieve the message “There was a problem accepting this invitation. “

how can we do?

That typically means the person was signed into the wrong plex account in plex web when accepting the invitation via email. Sign out and back in with the correct email into plex web or accept the invite from plex web so you don’t run into this situation. If they can’t accept from plex web, that also typically means they are signed into the wrong plex account.
