Double check the permissions in the Android settings for Plex Media Server, the settings won’t appear in Plex Android client when the server can’t be reached.

… and today something’s happened because PMS isn’t running and there are no options under Settings > Plex Media Server

I reinstalled the APK “just in case”, and rebooted more than once among the way.
