My Shield Pro player will not recognize the PMS server as being available and displays a small red triangle symbol. The problem appeared after starting the Plax Media Service following a trip away from home. No libraries configured in the server are being shown. Have stopped and restarted both devices with no change. The server sees the player as authorized and being used. Have reloaded the player on Shield also without change. The player on Windows works fine. Any ideas?
Sometimes it’s easiest to uninstall the shield app, restart, and then reinstall the shield app.
Given your Syno can’t be seen, I would start first with PMS on the Syno.
Can you get the server logs from PMS (the ZIP file) and attach it here?
I suspect the Syno’s configuration changed.

I reloaded the Shield Pro a second time. The Android TV Plex Player came up and immediately connected to the Plex Media Server with all libraries. Thanks for getting back to me.
