Shield Pro: Local and remote constant buffering (server/wifi fine). Logs attached

I’m using Shield Pro. I have 1 remote server that’s hosted in Germany and a local server that’s in the house (separate Unraid box). PMS is running on the Unraid box. Shield Pro is just the client.

Issue:
On March 5 20223 around 6:12 PM PST, playback of remote or local items would constantly buffer. I first tried a 4k file from the remote server and it would buffer a lot just a few seconds into the movie. Then I tried a 1080p local file and that would buffer as well.

I restarted the Shield but that didn’t fix it.

Internet speed test from the Shield at the time showed speeds north of 250Mbps - way more than is needed.

Eventually I just watched the movie on Disney+ (which buffered exactly 0 times).
