should everyone connected to my plex server should have a plex pass?

hello everyone
i’am new here , forgive my poor English :slight_smile:
i have plex pass on my seedbox server , and 2 users in it who doesn’t have plex pass (only the free one) and it seems they can’t watch more than 1 minute of any video
should every single one of the users connected to my plex have a pass?

The 1-minute restriction appears only in the ‘mobile’ Plex apps.
It can be lifted by either:

  • buying the Plex Pass subscription (unlocks all mobile apps connected to this plex account)
  • paying a one-off fee (unlocks all mobile apps connected to this particular app store account)

All other Plex apps are free - like the web app or PMP, or Android TV, or Amazon FireTV or OpenPHT or the Apple TV4 app or…

sadly there is only one app for plex on ios

No, as I said above, they can also opt for the one-off fee.
