Show doesn't get recognized correctly

Recently I added Catch-22 to my server, but for some reason it get’s recognized as Catch 21 in Plex. All my other tools identify the show correctly. I even have local metadata which is totally correct. The only thing which corrects it wrong is Plex.

I am using the naming scheme from the documentation here:
https://support.plex.tv/articles/200220687-naming-series-season-based-tv-shows/, so I actually do have a file and folder structure like this as the documentation tells to:

/series
   /Catch-22
      /Season 01
         Catch-22.s01e01.ext
         Catch-22.s01e02.ext
         Catch-22.s01e03.ext
         Catch-22.s01e04.ext
         Catch-22.s01e05.ext
         Catch-22.s01e06.ext

But somehow, for some reason it still got recognized wrong. Did check the settings for the agent and changed priorities for agents mostly, but didn’t help at all, it still got recognized wrong.
Is there something I am missing? As said, I should have a lot of metadata available. Even the tvshow.nfo from thetvdb has all the correct info, yet Plex Media Server does none with it. :frowning:

Is there anything I can try to get it recognized correctly?

I had mine named like

/TV
   /Catch-22
      /Season 01
         Catch-22 - s01e01 - Episode 1.ext
         Catch-22 - s01e02 - Episode 2.ext
         etc

and it still got matched the same way as yours.

Had to go and do a fix match on it, now it has all the correct info.

I am not sure how you did the fix, everything I try just doesn’t seem to do anything? Even refreshing metadata doesn’t help. So could you please clarify what you mean with ‘fix match’? Did you do anything manually, perhaps?

Just did tried your tip above, but it still fails here for some reason. I now have Catch 22.s01e01.ext
I even tried renaming to Catch.22.s01e01.ext and it still fails, unfortunatly.

I’ll try and read further into the topic you just linked, to prevent having multiple topics about the same issue.

EDIT:
I followed @blim5001’s tip in the topic he mentioned and it worked!
