Some seasons (1 for example) is having wrong episode posters. They are not from TMDB or TVDB, which has them correct.
They are from TMDB, it’s just not the default thumbnail TMDB is using:
I don’t know how Plex chooses the thumbnail, but the “wrong” one was uploaded more recently, and is a higher resolution than the other:

FYI… I have created the following request over at tmdb Reported Problem for A New Beginning (1x1) - Discuss Disney's Adventures of the Gummi Bears — The Movie Database (TMDB) to have all episode thumbnails from this user removed.
Basically this user, “cnb” vandalised a number of shows over the past while. Star Trek was another one, see Reported Problem for That Which Survives (3x17) - Discuss Star Trek — The Movie Database (TMDB) for details. This user has been suspended but cleanup of the tmdb is still on going.
BTW… plex will pick the higher resolution thumbnails rather than top voted which I personally think is flawed logic but its what they decided so we have to live with it.
