Show named correctly, but Plex will not pick up in scan - Reno 911!

Server Version#: 3.108.2

So, I use filebot to name, and I follow the naming and folder structure guide, and Plex will not pick up Reno 911!. I’ve tried a few things like removing the exclamation point in case it had a problem with punctuation, but Plex simply will not add it. Can anyone offer a suggestion. I’m not brand new to Plex, and this is the first issue like this I’ve come across. Here’s a shot of my naming and file structure.

Did you Plex Dance the entire series after changing its name? Try restarting Plex?

EDIT: I just named an mkv Reno 911 - s01e01 - The.Pilot.mkv
It worked for me.

Be sure it’s not being matched with an already existing series.
Goto status>alerts, to see if it infact did find the new addition but grouped it with another series.

I typically rename the series prior to putting it in the library/drive, and I’ve restarted plex a couple of times. I’m attempting to plex dance now. I shut down Plex , moved the whole series to a completely different hard drive, restarted the computer, and it picked it up fine. Luckily, I did not have to rename them all!

Thanks for the suggestions!

I checked as you suggested, and it wasn’t even in the scan, so I did the above, and got it going. Thanks!

Were you able to get the metadata downloaded for this show? I actually just added to my library as well, and although my library can see the series and play them correctly, it is not downloading any of the cover art…
