Show Not Recording even though on schedule and in guide

So I tried to record a show the other day using the Plex DVR. It was one of those that for some reason the whole thing didn’t record. Ok, no big deal. It’s scheduled to be shown again in a few days. However, even though it shows in the guide and is set to record, on recording schedule it says no upcoming showings. I have it set to the highest priorities. I’ve noticed this has happened with TV shows as well. They’ll be recording and suddenly nothing is upcoming, even though it says its scheduled. Could this be because I added shows/movies with the same name to my library in the meantime? I have it set to record all episodes new and repeat so I didn’t think that would be an issue. If I delete the show from the library, will it be set to record again?

Hopefully all of that and the question makes sense. Thank you in advance

I’m having the same issue on my end. My shows in the recording schedule have been instructed to record all episodes and when the episode airs nothing records.

I still haven’t been able to figure out what is going on, as it’s still doing the same thing, but my only conclusion is that it’s like I said, if I already have the file, or part in this case, it’s “overlooked” as it’s odd that this is only happening for files that have the same thing in my directory. Or maybe it’s some kind of bug that will be hashed out. who knows?

What I find that worked for me was changing the Record Options to say New and Repeat Airings. Once I did that I got things to start recording.
