I’m getting the error: unexpected error when trying to play a single mkv file. All the other files in that format play without issue. Also that particular file does play using the Android app on my tablet/phone as well as on a Nvidia Shield tv via Plex. Only seems to be giving me the issue on the Xbox One. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Issue solved… direct play was the issue. Didn’t think to turn that off since this was the only file out of many that gave me the issue.
This is one of those rare cases where Plex thinks Xbox One can direct play the file but it actually can´t
Would be helpful if you could send a sample file to one of the devs so they can look into and fix the issue.
@jfsikora I agree with @mike4001. If you can post a sample that recreates this issue. I’ll make sure the devs know about it so they can troubleshoot what is going on. 
Also worth noting is if you are in the preview for Xbox One, or just on the regular update.

Sure, not a problem. I turned on logging within the Xbox app. Where can I pull it up to post it then from the PC?
I can post the version I’m on as well. When I get home tonight I’ll check it out.
