"Skip intro" requires multiple button presses with Harmony remote or BT keyboard

When the “Skip intro” button shows up and I press OK/Select, it just shows the interface instead of activating the button. I need to press Up three times to give the button focus before I can press OK/Select. I tried it with a BT keyboard and the same thing happens when pressing Enter. I assume it happens the same way with the Logitech Harmony remote because it’s paired as a BT keyboard and the OK/Select button is probably mapped to Enter. So, in short, it would be nice if an Enter keypress (Numpad or otherwise) would trigger the “Skip intro” button while it’s visible.

I just said that an Enter keypress should trigger the button. If it’s because it’s already focused, then that’s fine.
