SOLVED! - No remote access behind Untangle firewall

Hi All!
I am running PMS on a Windows machine behind a new Untangle firewall.
Plex is working within the network just fine, but I do get a warning where it checks the server version.

The port is forwarded within the firewall, but PMS says its not accessible from the outside.

Yet the port seems to be open from the outside.

However, access from outside will not work. Yet, if I am entering my external IP:32400, I will get on my plex server to login. If I am trying with my phone app, its not working. Do you have any advice?

Issue is solved.
A rule needed to be created in the SSL Inspector.

1 go to ssl inspector rules add a rule call it PLEX
2 Add rule ssl certificate subject and put in PLEX
3 Select ignore
4 save
5 put the rule at the top and save

Works like it should.
