That’s a pretty famous question that is circulating around the web and i can’t seem to find answer for it?
I have a PMS on windows 10 in a perfect condition, my Android phone also works great everywhere, my Android TV box sitting upstairs using Ethernet play some movies and the others not? All movies can be played else where but not on the TV box.

Please provide the log from the Android TV box for us to review. Please confirm if this is a true Android TV box or a generic Android box that can connect to a TV.

Thank you very much for your reply.
I have solved the issue by un-selecting the Dolby options and direct play.
