since a few days (and I can’t remember that I changed anything in between) no posters - neither movies nor series - are downloaded any more. Anyone else having the same issues or did I change anything without realizing that it causes these problems?
Btw I’m running pi-hole (however disabled it for my checks and it running for several months without having any issues), deactivated IPv6, set up new libararies checking different agents, no success. What could I do next to somehow figure out what happend and solve the problem?
Thanks for your help,
Thorsten

For everyone who might also be interested. I tried all what was suggested in this forum (IPv4 address / no network folder / sorting of agents / deleted cache folders …). My issue at the end of the day was indeed a drive pool. As the PMS folder became bigger and bigger (13 GB meanwhile) I decided to move it to my over all media folder which is based on several hdd’s and the drive pool is provided by Stablebit (which works perfect for me since years).
I found in one of the logs an hard link error which led me to the drivepool issue.
So problem solved, moved the PMS folder back to my only non-pooled drive and changed the folder in my PMS settings to this folder. All works perfect again.
Just wanted to +1 this as well, I recently did the exact same thing and moved my PLEX data directory over to my stablebit drivepool and immediately noticed that any new media that was added or old media that had a refresh done would get all the other metadata except for the background and poster artwork.
